Eating Gluten-Free at Wendy’s!
Gluten-Free Food At Wendy’s! Eating gluten-free at Wendy’s can happen! Even at Wendy’s, you can find many gluten-free options! I don’t know about you, but you need a few fast food restaurants when you are out that have gluten-free choices. Wendy’s I find has many options and I love restaurant websites that explain in detail the allergens in their products. Click here to go to Wendy’s online menu to see a breakdown of the ingredients, nutrition, and allergens in any of their items. Are Wendy’s Fries Gluten-Free? They mention on their website that although there is no gluten in their french fries, they use a fryer that has other items fried in it…

Smithfield Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Little Potatoes!
Quick, Simple Dinner in the Slow Cooker or Oven! One of my favorite and easy dinners to make is Smithfield pork tenderloin and roasted Little Potatoes! Or any kind of potatoes for that matter, love, love potatoes! Gluten-free, quick and so good! For many years, I have made Smithfield pork tenderloins because I know they are gluten-free plus they have some really great flavors: Applewood smoked bacon, lemon and garlic, roasted garlic and herb, roasted garlic and cracked black pepper, slow-smoked mesquite flavor, steakhouse mushroom, slow-roasted golden rotisserie, sweet teriyaki, and original recipe. I have tried many of the flavors, but not all of them just yet! Mostly when I make it, I…

Dr. Oz Talks About Gluten Sensitivity!
Gluten Could Be Making You Sick Dr. Oz has a great video I just found that asks the question, “Is gluten making you sick?” It explains what gluten is and how you can be gluten-sensitive and not even know it. This has a lot of revealing information because when I was first trying to figure out what was wrong with me, there really weren’t any places I could go for information, and when I went to the doctor about it, they assumed a lot of the symptoms I was having could be something else. Now in 2023, I know for sure that the brain fog and anxiety I was having were directly due…

Gluten-Free Dollar Tree Finds!
Dollar Tree Has Gluten-Free Products! 2025 Update! It’s been two years since I originally posted about all my great gluten-free Dollar Tree finds, and I’ve decided to revisit the post to see what other options I could find now. There are many gluten-free choices in snacks, drinks, candy, and even frozen items and lunch ideas. Super impressed with their website, which allows you to sort in the different food categories for gluten-free items! I will talk more below, but take a look, you will be amazed! I was out the other day, in town, and stopped at the Dollar Tree to pick up something, and I wanted to search to see what gluten-free…

Bibibop Yum! Wow!! My husband and I were very impressed today! We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary today and we both said let’s try Bibibop! A quick and affordable 100% gluten-free restaurant that our friends have recommended but we had never gotten around to trying. Soooo good! And so many options and ways to have your meal! If you are looking for a great place to eat out that is gluten-free, try Bibibop! Bibibop is a spin-off of a traditional Korean meal called bibimbap which means ‘mixed rice’. It is served with the base (usually rice) and then the toppings are added in sections on top and then when ready to eat,…

Gluten-Free Kroger Ham
Absolutely looooove the smell of ham cooking in the kitchen! It reminds me of family and home and holiday gatherings! Well, Easter was just here and as usual, Kroger has their hams on sale for so cheap! I bought two (I froze the other one it was such a good price!) 12-13 pound hams, pre-sliced with a honey and spice glaze..yummy! The best part, these gluten-free Kroger hams are normally $35-$40 and I got them each for under $10! These are fully cooked hams and really only require warming up. It took about 2-3 hours to warm up at a low setting. Again, they are already sliced and really require no maintenance. Just…
