Quick Gluten-Free Chicken Alfredo Dish!
Gluten-Free Chicken Alfredo All In One Package! Pardon the cat food in the back of the picture lol, but just snapped this before I made this delicious meal! If you are looking for a quick gluten-free chicken alfredo dish try Udi’s! Found this at my local Walmart in the frozen section and it is all pre-made! No fuss, just dump it in a pan and heat it up! Super easy and done within about 15 minutes. Now due to the good amount of cheese in this dish and with my lactose intolerance, I couldn’t eat very much of this, but wow does it have great flavor! That is the first thing I noticed…

Smithfield Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Little Potatoes!
Quick, Simple Dinner in the Slow Cooker or Oven! One of my favorite and easy dinners to make is Smithfield pork tenderloin and roasted Little Potatoes! Or any kind of potatoes for that matter, love, love potatoes! Gluten-free, quick and so good! For many years, I have made Smithfield pork tenderloins because I know they are gluten-free plus they have some really great flavors: Applewood smoked bacon, lemon and garlic, roasted garlic and herb, roasted garlic and cracked black pepper, slow-smoked mesquite flavor, steakhouse mushroom, slow-roasted golden rotisserie, sweet teriyaki, and original recipe. I have tried many of the flavors, but not all of them just yet! Mostly when I make it, I…

100% Gluten-Free Restaurant – Bibibop!
Bibibop Yum! Wow!! My husband and I were very impressed today! We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary today and we both said let’s try Bibibop! A quick and affordable 100% gluten-free restaurant that our friends have recommended but we had never gotten around to trying. Soooo good! And so many options and ways to have your meal! If you are looking for a great place to eat out that is gluten-free, try Bibibop! Bibibop is a spin-off of a traditional Korean meal called bibimbap which means ‘mixed rice’. It is served with the base (usually rice) and then the toppings are added in sections on top and then when ready to eat,…

Gluten-Free Kroger Ham
Absolutely looooove the smell of ham cooking in the kitchen! It reminds me of family and home and holiday gatherings! Well, Easter was just here and as usual, Kroger has their hams on sale for so cheap! I bought two (I froze the other one it was such a good price!) 12-13 pound hams, pre-sliced with a honey and spice glaze..yummy! The best part, these gluten-free Kroger hams are normally $35-$40 and I got them each for under $10! These are fully cooked hams and really only require warming up. It took about 2-3 hours to warm up at a low setting. Again, they are already sliced and really require no maintenance. Just…

Gluten-Free Turkey Taco Night!
I have to admit, gluten-free turkey taco night is a favorite of mine! In fact, I’m making it tonight again (just made this last week as well to take the pictures lol!) Ground turkey with just a few other ingredients is so quick and easy and you can do so many different meals with it, I love it! Nachos, tacos, burritos, taco salad, turkey taco meat over rice, turkey meat in lettuce wraps, etc. And the best part is you can get this all prepared in 20-30 minutes, so easy! Only three ingredients! Honeysuckle White ground turkey, pre-prepared pico de gallo from Kroger, and Siete taco seasoning! Brown the ground turkey first (don’t…
