Book Review: Kids Cook Gluten-Free

What a great book for kids! Kids Cook Gluten-Free is a very colorful, relatively new (published in 2022) cookbook for kids who have to eat gluten-free. It is well illustrated, with easy instructions for kids and a variety of recipes for all tastes!
Written by Kelli and Peter Bronski, co-founders of No Gluten, No Problem, this is a very easy-to-understand cookbook for children who must eat gluten-free, helping them cook for themselves and have fun doing it!
This cookbook includes basic information about cooking and cross-contamination, common kitchen terms to help explain basic recipes and tools, and over 65 recipes broken down into easy categories, so kids can give a recipe a try whenever they want.
They have breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, sides, and dessert recipes with very clear directions in terms of the ingredients needed, kitchen utensils needed, and the time it takes to complete the recipe.
I especially love the great pictures! I am a food photographer in training, so I love great pictures of food!
Also, they have reminders in the recipes, for example, to make sure you use an oven mitt to take something out of the oven, as children may forget this step in the heat of the moment (pun intended lol)!
Overall, this is an excellent cookbook for kids! I highly recommend it, and if you are short on cash, I found this at the local library, but it can also be found at Amazon by clicking below (paid link):
