Quick, Simple Dinner in the Slow Cooker or Oven!

One of my favorite and easy dinners to make is Smithfield pork tenderloin and roasted Little Potatoes! Or any kind of potatoes for that matter, love, love potatoes! Gluten-free, quick and so good!

For many years, I have made Smithfield pork tenderloins because I know they are gluten-free plus they have some really great flavors:

Applewood smoked bacon, lemon and garlic, roasted garlic and herb, roasted garlic and cracked black pepper, slow-smoked mesquite flavor, steakhouse mushroom, slow-roasted golden rotisserie, sweet teriyaki, and original recipe.

I have tried many of the flavors, but not all of them just yet! Mostly when I make it, I buy the roasted garlic and cracked black pepper, roasted garlic and herb, or the applewood smoked bacon. I need to try the sweet teriyaki as I love Asian flavors so excited to try that one.

Here are some pictures of what I bought to make:

I really love black pepper so I would say this one is my particular favorite! And I could eat potatoes all the time, and of course, they are gluten-free so added perk!

Follow These Directions – Quick and Easy!

I decided to just throw the potatoes in with the pork loin and cook them together. Saves time and plus the potatoes will be less dry and more moist with great flavor. All I did was put the pork tenderloin in the oven with the little potatoes and cooked it at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes. That’s it! Depending on your oven time, after 40-45 minutes take it out and cut through the thickest part to make sure it isn’t pink. If it is, put it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the pink goes away.

Also, there is a seasoning packet (below) for the potatoes that you can use, really adds good flavor, although next time, I would only use about half the packet as it was a little strong.

All done! Quick and easy, no hassle and so much flavor!
