Quick Gluten-Free Chicken Alfredo Dish!

Busy Gluten Free

Pardon the cat food in the back of the picture lol, but just snapped this before I made this delicious meal! If you are looking for a quick gluten-free chicken alfredo dish try Udi’s! Found this at my local Walmart in the frozen section and it is all pre-made! No fuss, just dump it in a pan and heat it up! Super easy and done within about 15 minutes.

Now due to the good amount of cheese in this dish and with my lactose intolerance, I couldn’t eat very much of this, but wow does it have great flavor! That is the first thing I noticed when I tried it, the flavor was amazing. This is a simple chicken broccoli alfredo with the cheese frozen in blocks with the meal all in the bag. Just cover it up while cooking to heat it up faster and you are eating dinner in 15-20 minutes! The pasta was nice too as it didn’t fall apart like a lot of gluten-free pasta.

Check out this sizzle when I was cooking it the other night! And if you listen close you can hear Reba McEntire in the background because I was watching The Voice ha!

I highly recommend this quick gluten-free chicken alfredo dish from Udi’s, you won’t be disappointed. This would be a great quick meal for kids as well who have to eat gluten-free!
