Dr. Oz talks about gluten sensitivity

Gluten Could Be Making You Sick

Dr. Oz has a great video I just found that asks the question, “Is gluten making you sick?” It explains what gluten is and how you can be gluten-sensitive and not even know it. This has a lot of revealing information because when I was first trying to figure out what was wrong with me, there really weren’t any places I could go for information, and when I went to the doctor about it, they assumed a lot of the symptoms I was having could be something else. Now in 2023, I know for sure that the brain fog and anxiety I was having were directly due to the gluten I was eating even though I couldn’t find one doctor to believe me. It was very frustrating so when I saw this, I wanted to share it!

Dr. Oz has a guest speaker in this video, Dr. Neal Barnard (I looked him up and he is 70 years old in this video from a few months ago, doesn’t look like 70 at all!) who has been studying nutrition and gluten for years and he has lot of insight that helps explain more about how gluten could be affecting you and how if you really do have an insensitivity to it and you continue eating it, how it really could be doing some damage. They have a short quiz to take to get a better idea if gluten may be hurting you and provide a great deal of information to give you something to think about.
