The Celiac Disease Foundation has a free guide to gluten-free label reading and how the FDA decides to label a product gluten-free. Click Here to be taken to their site where you can get your free guide. They have a lot of helpful information on their site as well such as meal planning, recipes, products, etc. if you are looking for ideas on what to cook or what products they recommend. The Gluten Intolerance Group has a lot of information plus a great guide titled, Getting Started on a Gluten-Free Diet, that you can download by clicking here.

This is a really good video by Dr. Mark Hyman which explains why gluten can cause problems with our bodies and why he feels there has been such a large increase in gluten-related symptoms and celiac disease in recent years.

Check out this magazine called Good Food Forever (GFF) which is entirely about gluten-free eating. Helpful recipes, product reviews, articles, etc. You can sign up for their emails and receive daily/weekly inspiration as well to give you more ideas of what to make next and/or products you might want to try. Gluten-Free & More offers a wide range of information on their website, including information about their magazine, Simply Gluten Free as well as information basics about eating gluten-free, recipes, and a unique category system where you can look up recipes in many different categories such as gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, Paleo, vegetarian, etc. Click Here to go to their website.

Below is a short video from America’s Test Kitchen where they explain how to convert any recipe to a gluten-free recipe. They worked for over 2 years to create 300 gluten-free recipes to take the guesswork out of making gluten-free meals and sweets. The content unfortunately is older though, 7 years ago, but the basics still apply today. Click here to see their results along with a lot of great recipe ideas.
