Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity
A really good explanation of what non-celiac gluten sensitivity is can be found at the link below on BeyondCeliac.org. I'm so happy that others can have more information about what they are going through because when I was going through it, no one understood my symptoms or the correlation with gluten. I hope this helps you understand more about this condition! Click Here to read all about it!

About Me!
Hello! My name is Jennifer and I've been gluten-free for over 18 years now. Shortly after the birth of my second child, I had stomach issues nonstop, headaches, hives, anxiety, and a lot of brain fog for the better part of a year. I went to see an allergist, a naturalist, and an herbalist. I tried many elimination diets, used tons of herbs, and still couldn't figure out what was wrong. I tried eliminating dairy and yeast and finally tried eliminating gluten. Hallelujah!! After a few months, I felt so much better. I did at the time see a GI doctor and had my blood tested for celiac, but he couldn't tell me with 100% certainty if I did have celiac because I had started eating gluten-free a month earlier and there was nooooo way I was going back to feeling horrible, so I consider myself as having non-celiac gluten sensitivity and haven't eaten gluten ever since.
So much has changed in the gluten-free world from when I first started and I want to share all I have learned and additionally, highlight ways to make or buy gluten-free food that saves you time.
Looking forward to helping you on your gluten-free journey as well!
