Gluten-Free Bakeries Do Exist!

Yes, there are gluten-free bakeries where you can go buy any doughnut, cake, cupcake, or baked good you want and be comfortable knowing they are all gluten-free! Yum, right!! It’s actually good there isn’t one close to me otherwise I would be there all the time lol. I found a website online that has this list by state which is extremely helpful and at the least, steers you in the right direction where you can call and ask further questions. I'm so happy that others can have more information about what they are going through because when I was going through it, no one understood my symptoms or the correlation with gluten. Hello! My name is Jennifer and I've been gluten-free for over 18 years now. Shortly after the birth of my second child, I had stomach issues nonstop, headaches, hives, anxiety, and a lot of brain fog for the better part of a year. I went to see an allergist, a naturalist, and an herbalist. I tried many elimination diets, used tons of herbs, and still couldn't figure out what was wrong. I tried eliminating dairy and yeast and finally tried eliminating gluten. Hallelujah!! After a few months, I felt so much better. I did at the time see a GI doctor and had my blood tested for celiac, but he couldn't tell me with 100% certainty if I did have celiac because I had started eating gluten-free a month earlier and there was nooooo way I was going back to feeling horrible, so I consider myself as having non-celiac gluten sensitivity and haven't eaten gluten ever since.
