Gluten-Free Goodness! I mean come on! Look at the moistness of this muffin! These were so good (I’ve already eaten them all lol) and had so much flavor! I love blueberries and bread (of course who doesn’t) so I couldn’t help myself. Give Udi’s Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins a try, you won’t be disappointed that’s for sure!
